Description: A pastoral residency program (9 months) focusing on ministry development, serving and mentorship. The resident will join Mercy Hill Chapel (www.mercyhillchapel.com) in Cleveland, OH as a member and serve alongside the elders to advance the mission of the church. The residency program will be tailored to the abilities and ministry vision of the resident. A third of the program will be hands on ministry/service, a third will involve mentorship/observation/church involvement, and a third will consist of reading and writing. The resident will spend approximately 15-20 hours a week with resident responsibilities.

Requirements: 
1. Male at least 20 yrs. old.
2. Baptized as a believer.
3. Currently a member of a local church.
4. Able to affirm our Statement of Faith and Church Covenant.

Compensation: 
Compensation will include an $800 a month stipend and free lodging.

The resident may also raise support for his time at Mercy Hill Chapel and/or work on a part-time basis outside the church but for no more than 32hrs.
