The Temple, the Law, and the Messiah

Stephen argues that neither the temple nor the law finds its ultimate significance in itself but in Jesus Christ. Through Israel's history, he shows that God's presence has always been with His people apart from a building and that the law ultimately exposes humanity's need for the Savior.
